M1 also provides a verification service, where you can check if your call diversion activation is successful by dialling " * # 2 1 *". Finally, to deactivate the call divert, dial " # 2 1 #".

M1 also offers a range of call divert options. Before you attempt to divert your call from a landline to mobile, you may be required to subscribe to a call divert or call forwarding service from Singtel before you can divert your phone calls.

To activate, dial ' * 2 1 0 <phone number> * " and wait for an activation dial tone. To deactivate your call divert, please dial " # 2 1 1 # ". Singtel does not provide a verification option to confirm if the call diverts from your landline to your mobile phone, you need a third party to test if the service is activated.

4. My Republic

It is fantastic to have My Republic in the mix of Telco options in Singapore. They are genuinely blasting through the competition and are on their way to become a more significant shareholder of the market. As far as we know, their call forwarding or divert services are included in their voice package and do not require any additional cost.

To activate call divert you can dial " * 7 2 <phone number> " and to deactivate just dial " # 7 2 ". My Republic does not offer a verification code to check if your landline phone call diverts to your mobile phone. You need to get someone else to call and check on your behalf.

Another point to take note for all the call diverts, you may want to check with your respective Telco providers if you can divert your landline to an overseas phone number outside of Singapore. As far we know, these call diverts only work on local phone numbers only.
